By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TypePedal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Nuwanda Tech ("we", "us", or "our").
TypePedal is a high-performance digital guitar pedalboard and audio processor application available for mobile (Android) and desktop (Windows) platforms. Features include real-time multi-effects signal chains, Neural Amp Modeler (NAM) AI model processing, custom Impulse Response (IR) cabinet loader, stereo footswitch looper, and USB / Bluetooth LE MIDI controller integration.
To access certain cloud features and manage subscription entitlements, you may create an account using your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to immediately notify Nuwanda Tech of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may import third-party Neural Amp Modeler (.nam) files, Impulse Responses (.wav), and audio loop recordings into the App. You retain full ownership and copyright of any content you import. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use any imported audio files or models within the App.
TypePedal produces real-time amplified audio signals. Because high audio volumes can cause permanent hearing damage and potentially damage headphones or speakers, you are responsible for monitoring and setting appropriate output levels. Nuwanda Tech is not liable for hearing injury or hardware damage resulting from excessive volume settings or feedback loops.
The TypePedal application, including its source code, user interface, brand assets, logos, and custom DSP algorithms, is owned by Nuwanda Tech and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Neural Amp Modeler is an open-source neural network architecture created by Steven Atkinson, integrated under its permissive open-source license.
You may terminate your account at any time by visiting our Account Deletion page or through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
TypePedal is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Nuwanda Tech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
